[Indie-ducing] – CloudBuilt – Coilworks

CloudBuilt is a rocket fueled parkour platforming puzzler. Unlike any other game out on the scene at the moment this game pushes the player to the very edge of their seat, whilst,  making the player push for absolute completion of the levels which not only have been design beautifully but also the art to this game is equally beautiful.

Our History

When I first sat down to play this game at Eurogamer Expo last year I didn’t expect it to leave me wanting more as much as it has. To top is off as well the team Coilworks the geniuses behind this title were friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to.

So when I heard that the game was being showcased again at EGX Rezzed well I was overjoyed ! And now they have  Rising Star Games on board to  who were behind such games as No More Heroes and Half Minute Hero two games which are fun, enjoyable and hard to forget.

When I got over to the stall the one thing I did notice was that they wasn’t anyone from Coilworks there. I have since found out there were genuine reasons for this and so I can’t be too sad about not seeing them.

Rising Star Games and Coilworks were even running a competition to win a T-Shirt – You have to achieve a B rank on the first map, Which I did first attempt!

The Game

Cloudbuilt is a game of speed, precision and freedom. Quick wits and even quicker reflexes will become your closest friends as you carve your own path through the mysterious floating ruins high above the clouds. Use your rocket-powered exoskeleton and manipulate the laws of physics to avoid fatal hazards, dodge hostile robots and reach not just the finish line, but the top of the worldwide leaderboards too.

Cloudbuilt offers a thrilling free-running experience for gamers – packed with progressively challenging levels, as well as all manner of shortcuts and secrets to discover, its fast-paced competitive action will push the limits of gamers seeking a challenge time and time again.

Cloudbuilt’s digital PC release includes the following features:

  • Over 20 levels with many different routes to each finish line
  • Four alternate endings
  • Branching level selection
